Project Challenge:
340 Hilliard is a design concept focused on providing housing tailored to the young, up and coming entrepreneur. The design is a response to a rise in generational trends where more and more people are attempting to break out with businesses of their own. This is in largely in response to the continuous rise in the cost of living that force many to establish work outside of their main occupation.
Design Solution:
The 340 Hilliard site consists of a main housing block with residential and amenity spaces along with ancillary pods across the site. Together these design elements provide affordable housing, promotes networking and collaboration, engaging working environment and usable spaces to help scale small businesses.
