Comedy Hype Venue
Project Challenge:
The Comedy Hype venue serves as a revamping of the comedy experience. The client, Comedy Hype brought forth a concept asking how the comedy experience can be enjoyed differently by the public.
Design Solution:
The venue is organized across three levels each serving a distinct purpose. Level 1 provides spaces geared for public engagement. These include the main venue space, retail space, lounge, screening room and full service kitchen. Level 2 serves as the administrative level for Comedy Hype, containing majority office spaces and the upper level of the main venue space. Level 3 is an extension of both administrative and public amenity. This level contains spaces geared more towards video production and editing along with a membership based lounge and outside terrace.

Modern interpretation of the timeless marquee sign entrance
Showcases an array of spaces catered to public enjoyment.
