M.O. Wine Tasting Venue
Project Challenge:
Nestled at the end perch of the Quints do Monte D’Oiro Vineyard, the Monte D’Oiro Wine Tasting venue provides visitors an opportunity for a elegant means of exploring the plethora of wines and views produced by this prestigious vineyard. Located in Estremadura, Alenquer Portugal, the vineyard has gained much international recognition over the years. This design is meant to enhance that tradition.
Design Solution:
The Wine tasting venue is structured around a simplicity in plan where visitors can clearly navigate its architecture. An entry way axis pierces the middle of an L shaped plan. This axis way is flanked on one side by the main tasting room and on the other by a bar and lounge area. Support spaces such as the restrooms and storage area are placed along the bar and lounge wing

Main tasting areas at inside with exterior terrace seating.
Uninterrupted views throughout venue with large sliding glass doors.
Wood material brings warmth to interior atmosphere
